Identifying your unique psychic abilities, distinguishing intuition from fear, and understanding the difference between your intuition, highest self, spirit guides, and divine source.
Nervous system regulation and energy
Why a regulated nervous system is essential for accessing intuition, plus how to use energy and sound as healing tools anytime.
Parts work and highest self
We identify the parts of you that aren’t your soul self using the psychological techniques of Richard Schwartz. Discovering your true essence isn’t just psychological. It’s spiritual.
Medical mediumship
Learning to receive intuitive information about the body’s state, needs, and healing path. The body never lies, and every symptom has a message. We’ll practice body scanning, interpreting sensations and colors, and understanding the emotional roots stored in different areas of the body.
Death and ancestral connection
We bring death and grief tenderly to our circle in this session. We talk about what happens when we pass, how to work as a medium, and our responsibilities when connecting with the spirit world. Then we practice helping spirits cross over, connecting with ancestors and loved ones on the other side, and healing what’s ready to be released so future generations can be free.
Oneness and collective consciousness
We explore the understanding that we’re all connected through a shared field of consciousness. When you heal, you create a ripple effect beyond yourself. This work is part of humanity’s collective healing, and tapping into this interconnectedness is one of the most powerful sources of hope and purpose.
